Welcome to the Hillcrest Home & School Association! We are here to make school a better place for our children and to support our teachers and staff all year long. 

 

 

From Family Fun Nights and art programs to teacher thank-you events and school clean-ups, everything we do is powered by the time and generosity of our Hillcrest families.

How to Register:

  1. Click the link above
  2. Click on Create Account under New User Box, and fill in your name, email, and password information.
  3. Fill out Parent and Student Information by clicking on the Family Information link. This information is REQUIRED but CONFIDENTIAL. In the next section you will confirm what specific personal information you would like to share. The system only asks for your address, email and phone number once.
  4. Directory & Publish Preferences: Check the boxes if you'd like to be published in the Online Directory.

  • You need to have an email address
  • For Parents with children at Alexander Hamilton - you only need to create an account once and can use it for both schools

 About the Hillcrest HSA

 

The HILLCREST HSA (Home and School Association) is a group of parents and guardians who volunteer to help our school. We raise money and plan fun events for our students. We bring extra programs to Hillcrest like art shows, book fairs, author's day, and international night
 
We also help pay for things the school needs, like technology, books, supplies, and playground updates. We also organize volunteers to help our teachers and staff

Who is a member of the HSA?

 

Every parent and guardian at Hillcrest is already a member of the HSA!  Welcome!

Should I attend the HSA meetings?

 

Yes! You’ll get to hear the latest school and district news from our principal, HSA Board, committee chairs and guest speakers. We also want to hear from you as well!

When and where are the HSA meetings?


The first HSA meeting for the 2026-2027 school year will be on 9/30/26 at 6:30 pm. This will be a virtual meeting, so hopefully many can attend and be able to have access to volunteer opportunities like classroom parent and committee volunteers. The link will be sent out closer to the date, we hope to see you there!
